Happy Ramadan wishes

I Think You know why Ramadan is celebrated ? The holy month of Ramadan is just about to come. This is the month in which the Qur’an was revealed to the prophet Muhammad and so its regarded as a time filled with blessings.

Ramadan is the fasting month of Muslims. It comes in the 9th month of the Islamic calendar.

It is considered as one of the five pillars of Islam. During Ramzan Muslim, people keep fast during daylight. They eat a meal before sunrise and after sunset called “Sehri” and “Iftar”.

“welcome the month of Ramadan with the heart filled with peace, harmony, and joy. May the divine blessings of Allah protect and guide you”.

Can we wish people a Happy Ramadan or Happy Ramadan Wishes?

How to wish someone a Happy Ramadan ?

Mainly there are two words by which you can wish your Muslim friends a happy Ramadan even if you are a Non-Muslim.

You can simply say them “Ramadan Kareem” or “Ramadan Mubarak” instead of Happy Ramadan.

In the Islamic history “Ramadan Kareem” is a new word to the era which means that “generous Ramadan for you”. It wasn’s used in the old Islam times.

Some people don’t like it as Ramadan is a month and you cannot describe a month with generosity. You can’t say that its generous to its people. It isn’t who gives, but Allah who gives and he is who’s very generous and merciful.

Some people think exactly opposite of this and they think it is the month of generosity as Allah opens the gates of heavens. So that our Duaa’s are granted and he doubles our “Good Deeds” Ten times!

Now coming to the second wish that is “Ramadan Mubarak” it means that Blessed Ramadan. Prophet “Muhammad Muhammad Bin Abdullah bin Abdul Mutalib” used to say it to his people.
