  3. Mold the paste in the form of cutlets.
  4. Beat eggs in water.
  5. Coat cutlets with flour. Dip in eggs. Deep fry in oil.

  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Jeera
  • Cardamom

  • Chopped coriander
  • Bay leaves

How To Make?

  1. Mix saffron and curd.
  2. Cut the cleaned chicken into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped onions, jeera, and chili powder and garam masala to it.
  5. After 3 minutes, add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken, saffron and curd mixture and lemon juice to the pan. Cook properly.
  7. Arrange layers of boiled rice and chicken in a baking utensil. Place chopped coriander and bay leaves on top of each layer.
  8. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton – ¼ kg- cooked and minced
  • One tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ Tsp Everest garam masala powder
  • Two Green chilies – finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp of ground black pepper powder
  • ½ Tsp of freshly ground Ginger garlic paste
  • One large Onion – finely chopped
  • One cup of Breadcrumbs
  • One egg
  • One sprig of fresh Curry leaves
  • One Tsp Coriander leaves- finely chopped
  • One medium-size potato
  • Four cups of Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • One cup of Water

How To Make:

  1. In a small wok, heat one Tbsp of oil. Saute onion with some salt until it turns soft.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and chilies and sauté for another minute.
  3. Next, add all other spices and fry for another minute.
  4. Now add the minced mutton and cook for five minutes.
  5. Add the mashed potatoes, and cook for another minute.
  6. Sprinkle salt to taste, and mix well.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool, before making small patties.
  8. Beat an egg with a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  9. First, dip each mutton patty into the egg mixture. Next, roll it in the breadcrumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets till they turn golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
